I think we can just use the template tag "regroup" and group the actual
venues by country.  That very simple and i think it helps a lot. And
there's no need for a db schema change.

Bug description:
Just as team, Venues are beginning to stack up and  it is not very intuitive, maybe categorizing them by contintent/country. More visual elements like maps would also work
