We spoke about this today in the Loco Dir UDS session.

We determined that we think it would be better to instead of list only
venues that are entered by that loco team that it needs to be something
more along the lines of showing items that are in the continent that the
team is located on. This is due in part to the fact that we eventually
hope to be able to have multiple teams participate in one event.
(example: the Florida LoCo is helping the Georgia LoCo with Atlanta
Linux Fest, so Florida should be able to add on to that event)

Bug description:
Currently the venue list in the event entry form shows every venue in the database but most of those are completely useless.  I think the venue list should only show venues that are entered by the locoteam, as even then the list will grow long soon enough.
