Status in Ubuntu Manual: Fix Committed

Bug description:
Version: 788
Chapter and page number: 1, page 14
Type: word choice/grammar

The second line reads "[...] should ideally meet as a minimum requirement [...]". The word 'ideally' is unnecessary and in fact contradicts the idea behind a minimum requirement (which is usually less than ideal but passable).
