You used an end date in the past, and LoCo Directory doesn't display
events that have already ended.

Bug description:
I created an event with a similar name to one I had created already -OSSBarcamp UCD, I created OSSBarcamp UCD Dummy this time as I was trying to replicate an issue.  when I added all of the information into the event and clicked create.  I was brought back to the ireland events page with the event not created.
