Bug description:
Can  we add the loco council email address there somewhere on the page? You can 
reach the council via mail: loco-council<at>lists.ubuntu.com
 
 
 We're going to be tackling our wiki pages soon and creating an index of 
 them  but I'm not sure if it would be wise to link on the LD to our
