#1 could be fixed by changing the URL, #2, that's why I renamed it from
'about' to 'about loco teams'

Status in LoCo Directory: Triaged

Bug description:
Taking a look at http://loco.ubuntu.com/about/ it provides lots of information about the LoCo Directory, but not the general LoCo advocacy project. We should use this page as a visually interesting and information rich page that explains what LoCo Teams do, why people should care and how they can join a team.

I think the LoCo Council could provide some awesome content for this page. :-)
