I think it's be a good idea to have a one-time venue option so that the
(already slightly unwieldy) drop-down list stays manageable.

Having a list of all venues and event history could be a very
interesting feature, but I think this could be done without requiring
every venue to show up in the drop-down list.  It's much more likely to
be interesting for venues which are used more than once anyhow.

Bug description:
Sometimes there's a venue that won't be used ever again, i think it might be a little heavy for the venues list to add such a venue everytime..

My suggestion is to add a one-time venue option.
