I don't think that the one-time venue will solve the problem with the
drop-down list. I think for that problem, we need another solution. imho
this has nothing to do with one-time-venues.

Venues which are just one time used can be very interesting for people
who plan another event and search for a possible location.

Bug description:
Sometimes there's a venue that won't be used ever again, i think it might be a little heavy for the venues list to add such a venue everytime..

My suggestion is to add a one-time venue option.
