Ddorda, there's already  a fix pending that will let you add a venue
without leaving the Event form.

The Venue list can be made much more user-friendly with some javascript
magic, which would negate the need for one-time venues (which would be a
pain us to manage on the server-side)

Bug description:
Sometimes there's a venue that won't be used ever again, i think it might be a little heavy for the venues list to add such a venue everytime..

My suggestion is to add a one-time venue option.
