would like it if when an event is created for my LoCo team, that I got
an email announcing it with a link to RSVP...

Bug description:
It would be good to send email updates for the following:

1) When a team event is created, an email can be sent to the team's mailing list

2) When a team event is updates, an email can be sent to either a team's mailing list, or just individuals who have registered for the event.
