Well you could just take the RSS or ical feed for the team events to be
honest they'll get added to your calendar.  I don't see the necessity to
add an individual one.  What extra benefit would it add do you think?

Bug description:
When looking at an event or signing up to attend, it would be great to have links allowing the user to add the event to their calendar. I realize that users can add the entire loco calendar. What I'm proposing is a vCalendar/Google Calendar link for the individual event.
