What would you all think about allowing a venue to be tagged to "belong"
to a team, so when a member of that team creates a new event, they see
only a list of venues "belonging" to the team; then there would be a
button to select other venues, which would display a bigger list,
possibly in the relevant continent, or all venues.

Bug description:
Sometimes there's a venue that won't be used ever again, i think it might be a little heavy for the venues list to add such a venue everytime..

My suggestion is to add a one-time venue option.
