Status in LoCo Directory: Fix Released

Bug description:
The original name of this kind of event is "The Ubuntu hour", not "The Ubuntu hours" which I guess resulted in plural for these tags.

Thank you for fixing this - while inconvenient for events and pictures already tagged, it will ensure consistency in future events and communications.
