#ubuntu-hours has been changed to #ubuntuhour. Is this still something
that we should work on, or should it just be standard not to use hash
tags with hyphens?

http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/global/17/detail/ seems to show all "ubuntu" related dents and tweets as opposed to "ubuntu-hours"

We should make the form for hashtags
 - remove '#' at the beginning
 - and complain about '-'
