this is a related ticket http://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/8426 ,
actually form.as_table() just add <br /> tag before the helptext.

@Paultag : i have already done that, the only problem is that
form.as_table() doesn't allow me to customize the helptext field.

The help messages should be displayed in a nice way, instead of displaying them under the textboxs  [attach : 0], also the margin/padding is not correctly set [attach : 1]
