You don't need to use as_table, as_p, etc, you can display the
individual fields, their labels and their help and error texts however
you want.  Those are just convenience methods.

The help messages should be displayed in a nice way, instead of displaying them under the textboxs  [attach : 0], also the margin/padding is not correctly set [attach : 1]
