Status in LoCo Directory: Fix Released
Bug description:
The /irc page (http://loco.ubuntu.com/irc/) has a few issues. It currently reads:
Why not join other team members from different LoCos around the world on IRC in the locoteams channel. This is where LoCo enthusiasts like to hang out. It is open to everyone, you don't have to be a leader,it's a welcoming channel open to everyone to ask questions about LoCo team issues, planning events or just to talk to others.
It's a great place to chat to other members from different teams, get ideas off them and learn how other teams interact. Why not join and idle and learn from one another. Encourage your own team to join this channel, by adding it to your wiki information on IRC, or in your channel topic also.
The first issue is "in the locoteams channel". Either make it #ubuntu-locoteams channel or split locoteams into two words.
There is a missing space after 'you don't have to be a leader,' It also might make more sense to turn the comma into a period.
"it's a welcoming channel open to everyone to ask questions about LoCo team issues, planning events or just to talk to others." feels awkward. Maybe rephrase it to, "This is the perfect channel to ask questions about LoCo team issues or planning events. It is also a great place to talk and socialize with members of other LoCo teams."
"chat to other" should be "chat with"
"get ideas off them" should be "get ideas from them,"
"Why not join and idle and learn from one another." should be "Why not join, idle, and learn."
"Encourage your own team to join this channel, by adding it to your wiki information on IRC, or in your channel topic also." should be "Encourage other members of your LoCo to join this channel by mentioning it on your wiki page or in your IRC channel's /topic."
These are just a a few of my suggestions. They may not be the best, so please do not hesitate to replace the current text with some of your own (or other peoples') suggestions instead of the ones I provided.
