Perhaps we should at least present the possible choices alphabetically.
Right now the list is huge *and unsorted* which makes it next to
impossible to manage admins in any reasonable delay.

Another side effect of this bug is when you have several admins you
can't use first-letter matching as that unselects existing admins,
effectively removing them when you save.
