The symlinks in media should point to the packaged jquery

jquery -> /usr/share/javascript/jquery
jquery-ui -> /usr/share/javascript/jquery-ui

Bug description:
After the depoyement of the version 0.2.20, there is no more jquery folder under media (http://loco.ubuntu.com/media/jquery), it seems that the symlinks no longer exist
