The hash tags are to pull information about the events, adding a link to
the facebook events page would be promoting using something other than
LoCo Directory for tracking events.. That seems to defeat the purpose of
the LoCo Directory.. Any other thoughts?

Some loco team events uses #hashtags or accounts on twiiter, identi.ca, flickr, or have a Facebook event page, we should let this informations be accessible in the event detail page.
