The "Add Comment" link does not redirect to login if the user is not
logged in. Also need to show the 'Add Event' link on the teams page.

Bug description:
Right now it's too hard to figure out how to 

 - comment on an event
 - attend an event
 - join a team
 - add an event
 - <maybe others>

(People need to know they have to log in before even knowing what they could do on those pages.)

All these links should be shown if a user is logged in or not. Also do we need to make sure that the requires_login decorator is used for all those views.
