The problem is that the Russian team has assigned itself to multiple
countries in the region, and so it is being listed one for each of them.

Teams shown multiple times in teams list. For example is the Russian Team shown 7 times in Asia: http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/

I assume we need to add some kind of set(list(...)) functionality somewhere in the view.
