I suspect you don't. In this case, as mentioned earlier in the
thread, although the names were the same, the addresses were slightly
different: Mine included a tad more information than the original. I
hadn't noticed that another on my team had already put a venue in
there when I added it. (I included both city and state in the "City"
field, whereas my colleague only included the city, and redundant
information in the street address because it's so much easier to cut
'n' paste "street address, city, state, postal code" when it's all
together into mapping web sites.)

Bug description:
My bad: I created a venue that already existed. The system allowed me to enter a second one, because my address was more explicit than the original -- "City, ST" vs. "City" for city field, and "Street address, City, ST zip" vs. "Street address" for the address field.
The venue(s) in question are "Taste of India" in Washington DC:

(The second has the more explicit address.)
