  Expires Date / Date Expires does not make sense

Status in LoCo Directory:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Currently on the team page "Date Expires" is displayed, on the Edit team details "Expires Date" is displayed. This is not very informative, or accurate. Recommending a change to "Reapproval Date"
