[Bug 715637] Re: Possibility to comment a meeting
How a user can know where he have to discuss about the agenda items ?
There is no references in the meeting page to that. And there is no
description field to put a link also.
The events have an annoncement field, we could make a similar link to
the official meeting page/mailing list/forum/wiki/... I can open a new
bug for that if you want.
By the way, if we let team members add agenda items it's to use the
meeting page as an agenda for the meeting. The chairman can also read
those comments before the start of the meeting.

Bug description:
It is not possible to comment a meeting like the events.
It sould be great to add this feature because not everyone can attend
to a meeting.
These comments can serve to give an opinion on the items of the agenda
for example when someone can't be present at a meeting.
