[Bug 715637] Re: Possibility to comment a meeting

I never assume a user is a member of the team. Not every LoCo team uses
LP for list all their users.

If you want a use case I can provide one.

Our french documentation is writted by french people living all around
the world and who are in various LoCo teams (ubuntu-fr, ubuntu-qc,
ubuntu-ma, ubuntu-tn, ...). If we plan a meeting about the french
documentation, and if we use the locodirectory to centralize the
informations (date, agenda, channel), actualy this is impossible for
someone not in the members of the launchpad locoteam to add an item, or
change the description of an item, or only give is thought on the agenda
items. Actually our team uses a wiki page to make that kind of comments
possible.

Title:
  Possibility to comment a meeting

Status in LoCo Directory:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
It is not possible to comment a meeting like the events.

It sould be great to add this feature because not everyone can attend
  to a meeting.

These comments can serve to give an opinion on the items of the agenda
for example when someone can't be present at a meeting.
