[Bug 714030] Re: unnecessary informations in error messages
I don't believe that this is a big enough problem to warrant changing
it. I actually think it isn't a bad idea to point out the fact that the
LC has access to fix things...

Bug description:
In most of the error messages displayed when we try actions we are
allowed to (adding events, meetings, ... for other teams for example),
we have this type of reason :
"You are not member of the team or on the LoCo Council."
It's good to remind the user it's not a member of the LoCo Team, but
it's unnecessary and useless to point the fact it's not in the LoCo
Council.
