It may be a design feature but I'd have to agree it's not nice and very
confusing to people to see.

  List of team admins is to long, and populated with unrelated accounts

Status in LoCo Team Directory:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When editing team details the list of Team Admins (and Team Contact)
  is very long, and populated with users I have no idea who are. The
  optimal solution would be if it was just the list of team members that
  one could choose from.
