Team admin should be pulling a list of all members of the team who are
listed as Administrators in LP. I'm wondering if the ability should not
exist in LD to be able to edit this beyond what is pulled from LP. I am
also making the recommendation that team admin be removed from the team
detail page, and only use team contacts. I do not see the point of
listing both.

Bug description:
  Yesterday I changed some of the people in the list of team admins for
  the ubuntu-dk team, but today it has been reset to the old list.

  Something is fishy..., but somehow the changes get changed after some
  hours.
