  add a link to my team(s) on the front page

Bug description:
  As an admin of my team, i need to go the team page often to add events, venues, .... 
  As an user, it should be great to go in one click on my team page to see the new events.

  So a direct link to list the teams where i am admin, or by extension
  all the team where i am a member of, in the front page should improve
  the usability.
