  Can't set myself as Event Contact for an event I'm entering

Status in LoCo Team Directory:
  New

Bug description:
  When adding a new event to the loco directory for the UK loco, Event
  Contact is a mandatory field, but I'm not on that list and so can't
  set myself as contact. I'm a member of the team.
