For now, why don't we limit the list of potential admins and team
contacts to people who are team members. This list would also, do to
current limitation, only show members of the team who have previously
logged into LTP.

  List of team admins is to long, and populated with unrelated accounts

Bug description:
  When editing team details the list of Team Admins (and Team Contact)
  is very long, and populated with users I have no idea who are. The
  optimal solution would be if it was just the list of team members that
  one could choose from.
