To solve this bug, I am going to add to the form a checkbox that says
"Override Default Log" when checked a textbox will appear allowing the
user to enter a new log location.

Is this what you were thinking about mhall?

  Right now the log url is forced to use irclogs.ubuntu.com, but the
  team should be able to specify their own log url if desired.
