Hey Chris. This is actually an opinion. Take a look at [1] and you will
see that there are a lot of ideas of what a continent is. Some people
will like to argue that North America is the worst tag for the central
countries, so I'll revert the status to let them "continue the
discussion".

  Ubuntu teams from El Salvador [1], Honduras [2] and Nicaragua [3] are
  listed as part of North America.

  Please add a new group called Central America and add the teams there.
