Hello everybody, if the organization is by continent, as Chris says, then are valid any of the combinations found in [1].
I agree with Rodrigo that the best convection will be to use "America" as whole.

  Ubuntu teams from El Salvador [1], Honduras [2] and Nicaragua [3] are
  listed as part of North America.

  Please add a new group called Central America and add the teams there.
