  Edit/Delete Comments

Bug description:
  Currently, it looks as if once a comment is posted for an event, there
  is no way to edit/delete it. It would be useful if users could
  edit/delete their own comments and maybe allowing team admins to edit
  (or at least delete) comments for their team's events.
