  Fix image size on the my teams page

Status in LoCo Team Portal:

Bug description:
  When images are loading, the alt text is displayed. These tekst have
  other dimension than the images itself. Therefore the layout breaks
  when the browser is loading the images of an image cannot be foud.

  The following css should fix the issue

  .photo img { display: block; float: left; font-size: 0.75em; height:
  75px; overflow: hidden; width: 75px; }
