Hi Hannie,

I think it should be

\section{Users and groups}
\subsection{user accounts}.

Because the following subsections

\subsection{Managing users}
\subsection{Managing groups}
\subsection{Applying groups to files and folders}

fit better to \section{Users and groups} and not \section{user
accounts}.

We should fix this for the raring release. But I’m not sure if we should
fix this in precise-e2 and quantal, because this would destroy the two
entries of the translation template...
