Thank you for sending us this bug report. Indeed, this is a function that no longer exists in Precise or later. I will make a note of this and we will adjust it in the Raring version.

  Hi,

  This string describes the Appearance window in System settings :

  It refers to a function to get backgrounds online :
  click the ``Get More Backgrounds Online'' link at the bottom of the ''Appearance Preferences'' window

  In the application, this function does not exist, neither in Precise nor in Quantal.
  Furthermore, there is no window title "Appearance Preferences".

  Do you confirm ?
