[Bug 1156001] Re: At the beginning of some of the English files "tex" is one Unicode character up to %
You can safely remove the <U+FEFF> characters.
I didn't discover they were there until after the original translation
template file was created. I've corrected this problem in future
editions of the manual.

At the beginning of some of the English files "tex" is one Unicode character up to %. In the Russian version it is displayed as a crossed rectangle. Can these characters to delete?
