Title:
  Editing an existing event changes time to 01:00am

Status in LoCo Team Portal:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  When I edit an existing event the times revert to 01:00am, even though
  I'm not editing those fields.  I don't usually notice until the event
  has been online for a while with the wrong time.
