Title:
  Event URL changes when event name is changed

Status in LoCo Team Portal:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I needed to change an event name from "Raring Ringtail Release Party"
  to "KW Raring Ringtail Release Party" in order to differentiate it
  from the Toronto event. But now the URL for the event has changed, and
  all the references in the mailing lists, web pages, microblogs &c. are
  incorrect.

  I expect the URL to be unchanged even when the event name is changed.
  Alternative: Provide a permalink with the old URL style that doesn't
  embed the event name in the URL.
