  loco team portal not localized

Status in LoCo Team Portal:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  After recent updates the loco team portal does't load "localized".
  It's only available in English

  Also, it's not possible to choose a language different from English in
  the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.
