Title:
Translation
Status in Ubuntu Manual:
Fix Committed
Bug description:
A few ppl from a Polish translators team would like to translate the
Manual. The question is, whether it has a sense?
"name={\acronym{GNOME}}, description={\acronym{GNOME} (which once
stood for \acronym{GNU} Network Object Model Environment) is the
default desktop environment used in Ubuntu.}"
default desktop environment used in Ubuntu?
"name={desktop environment}, description={A generic term to describe a \acronym{GUI} interface for humans to interact with computers. There are many desktop environments such as \acronym{GNOME}, \acronym{KDE}, \acronym{XFCE} and \acronym{LXDE}, to name a few.}"
LXDE? Anybody heard about Unity?
Does anybody update information sometimes? If not translation has no
sense.
