  LoCo Team Portal is extremely slow

Status in LoCo Team Portal:

Bug description:
  Creating an Agenda and adding items to it is an unbelievably time
  consuming mission each time we have to do it for our monthly ubuntu-za
  meetings. It would almost be acceptable if one could write everything
  offline and then upload it all at once.
