The event venue is apparently functional today, however the space for
the contact individual is not.  If one is listed and you try to change
it, the page will still freeze for about 30 seconds.  If one is not
listed and you try to submit without a contact individual, the submitter
will get a message that says that the contact individual in a required
field.

  Cannot change the contact individual.  The page freezes

Bug description:
  While attempting to create new events and meetings for my LoCo for the
  month of April, I cannot change the contact person or the event venue.
  When I try to do so, the page freezes for roughly 30 seconds. I tried
  to submit the meeting with the old contact individual and then edit it
  but ended up with the same page freeze.  Last month when I entered the
  events and meetings for the month of March there was no problem.
