[Bug 919404] Re: ubottu should parse !factoid in the middle of sentences

can you get a similar result with the already implemented commands
"!guidelines > user" or "ubottu: tell user about guidelines"?

The problem I see with this is that ubottu will have to parse all the lines it sees, instead of only those that start with !
And that the bot will reply when probably you're just making an example of how to use the bot, like "if you see a problem just call for !ops" or just saying something with a ! somewhere.

Title:
ubottu should parse !factoid in the middle of sentences

Status in The official Ubuntu IRC bots:
  New

Bug description:
Would like the ability to send a user !factoid from within a sentence.
Similar to how ubottu sees !guidelines inside a kick/ban message and
  sends the user a PM.

  ex:
<pangolin> user1 could you please read the !guidelines
<ubottu> user1, please see private message.
