[Bug 880433] Re: factoid suggestion for subchannels doesn't work properly

 

It seems to have been fixed for the admins with access to the bot,
however an unprivileged user trying to suggest factoids still get's the
responses above and does not get forwarding of the suggestion to
#ubuntu-irc, provided the factoid+channel length is greater than 14.

Bug description:
  It seems like factoid handling for subchannels where ubot2 is active
  is a bit wonky:

  Discovered this whe trying to add a factoid to the Swedish channel...

  In private messaging with ubottu, similar repsonses for ubot2:
