I grepped a bit my logs in #ubuntu and I'm convinced that this isn't a
good idea, as it would trigger ubottu unintentionally a lot.

  ubottu should parse !factoid in the middle of sentences

Bug description:
  Would like the ability to send a user !factoid from within a sentence.
  Similar to how ubottu sees !guidelines inside a kick/ban message and
  sends the user a PM.

  ex: 
  <pangolin> user1 could you please read the !guidelines
  <ubottu> user1, please see private message.
