Aliases can only target factoids in the same database, however, using
the  foo@db syntax is causing some weirdness with aliases that should be
addressed.

m4v !skynet
kubot No sé nada sobre 'skynet'.
m4v !skynet@offtopic alias error
kubot No sé nada sobre 'error'.
m4v !skynet@offtopic alias error@offtopic
kubot Recordaré 'skynet@offtopic→error'.
m4v !skynet@offtopic

  I spent quite some time trying to create the alias "!hammertime alias
  hammertime#ubuntu-offtopic@en" in a separate 'offtopic' category
  without avail.
